CIICA (CI International Community of Action) strives to increase awareness of the impact of hearing loss and today’s hearing technologies. In particular, CIICA’s goal is to increase access to cochlear implantation and lifelong services for all who could benefit. Our global network has activity in 60 countries with over 90 organisations and nearly 500 individuals raising awareness of the unrecognised impact of hearing loss and of how cochlear implantation can be effective and cost-effective. We share these activities to inspire each other, to share resources and provide users and families with the tools they need to effect change through advocacy.
